I have been a beta tester on the Timeline app and am very excited about what this can do. I have used Trialpad app for many years as a simple way to display evidence to a jury. For the past year or so, I have also been searching for a good timeline app which we could use to display medical histories and other aspects of our cases that occur over time. In fact, I had just purchased a timeline program when I learned about this Timeline app which combines the best of Trialpad with the best of a timeline program. I have been entering data from several cases and have had the chance to use the program at a recent mediation. The case did not settle at mediation which now means we’ll be able to use the Timeline app at our jury trial coming up in November. Once the data is in Timeline, it becomes so easy and actually fun to use the program to display the evidence in many ways. For example, you can show only the dates of various operations or medical procedures, add in the dates of therapy treatment; display photos and videos relating to liability as well. I am always looking for ways that we can show our evidence to a jury or to a mediator that is easy to do and also makes the case understandable. I don’t consider myself to be that tech-savvy, but this program is one that I am growing comfortable with and am excited to try in the courtroom.

We offer two types of subscription, standard and business. With standard you can create, present and share timelines, and add an unlimited number of events containing documents and media. With business you will in addition get access to PDF editing and annotation, full text search across all documents, and filter presets.

We take the security of you and your clients seriously. We consistently evaluate and update our security measures to ensure that your data is safe at all times. If you prefer to keep all data on your iPad, simply disable cloud sync.
